The Cincinnati Fire Museum includes more than 200 years of history related to firefighters and their heroic activities. Among the most notable exhibits here are the leather fire buckets that are found in the early times, a fire drum that is known to have existed in the year 1808 and the fire engine which is known as the oldest ever in Cincinnati.

Aside from the exhibits mentioned above, there are also interactive exhibits wherein the visitors will be able to experience what it is like when there is fire emergency. You will get to use the siren, ring the bell and flash the lights. A fire engine cab can be used by the tourists and the locals.

The Cincinnati Fire Museum is closed on Mondays and on holidays but they are open for the rest of the week.
