It was a good centrally located hotel with all necessary amenities - the staff was very helpful and friendly - all the essentials were good quality - restaurant in the hotel served good food - Internet, and fitness center access were free - hotel was within few minutes drive from almost everything to explore in Cincinnati - rooms were good and on request
Quiet rooms (concrete construction kept noise down) - the check in process was fast and friendly - the morning breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, muffins, egg type waffles, juice and coffee - the attached restaurant was closed - beds were pillow top and very comfortable - place was very close to cops and fire station, felt secure - wireless internet service was free and easy to use
All amenities and business center worked nice - bar and lounge were quite good - the bathroom was newly renovated and clean - suite with a king bed and a sofa bed was a bargain - there was a nice outdoor swimming pool for hot weather - a really money and time-saver for families - service was great and the hotel was very clean (more…)

Room was fine because I never expected too much in a motel - we got a micro and a fridge before they ran out

Ate at the adjacent Hooter's - quite a convenience option the next day

Stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed a great time - great place for business travelers to stay - the lobby was beautiful and clean - the furniture was a little worn, but rooms were well-kept
Super comfortable beds and friendly staff - didn't have time to check out the rooftop pool - would stay here again - our stay was great - we got a super comfy bed
The bathroom was spotless - the air unit was quiet and worked well - accommodating staff - pool area was pleasant - within a short walking distance of the stadium
Felt very safe in this area - had a wonderful experience - spacious rooms & nice bed with clean linens - updated decor was pretty good

Just one exit away from King's Island - lots of fast food options and full service restaurants nearby - strip mall shopping at Target, Kohl's, Barnes & Noble and the like
Clean and quiet room - small but comfortable enough - well equipped - full-size refrigerator and dishwasher were a steal
Small pool - the kids had a very happy time splashing water - the fitness room was small but adequate - free parking for guests - very good for family travelers - breakfast was small but that's okay
Nice staff - quick check-in and check-out - great and friendly - very patient with the kids - our request for two cribs was granted right away

The room was not new but quite clean - the pool with restocked towels was popular for kids
Available luggage carts by doors - the even number rooms with overlooking view of the parking lot - the doors needed replaced - a bit shoddy room - the elevators were at the side of hotel
Free business center with printer - a bit small rooms - the elevator and hallway were filthy
The hotel was located in a school zone with many restaurants nearby - the professional staff accommodated every guest's need - the check-in only took a few minutes
Free breakfast offered from 7am to 10am - plenty of waffle batter - the CoCo Bay water resort was right next door at the Crown Plaza - $20 for cost of water park per person
There was a walking path from the hotel to the water park only for triple A member - a wonderful stay at the water park with the kids - requested a room on the opposite side of the highway
The traffic and construction noise - the location was rundown with empty lots and weeds
Small room with nice layout - adequate towels - a coffee maker & pot provided in the guest room
Great breakfast with multiple choices - a sprucing paint needed for elevators
